庞晓明

庞晓明,男,教授,博士研究生导师。2002年华中农业大学果树学专业博士学位,辅修计算机科学专业。1996年和1999年,先后在华中农业大学获得硕士和博士学位。2002年8月-2004年8月,在中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所进行博士后研究, 研究方向为生物信息学与比较基因组分析。2004年9月获得JSPS博士后资助,赴日本国立果树研究所(筑波)进行研究。2006年9月起任职ManBetX中国官网ManBetX China·中国ManBetX™国家级重点学科林木遗传育种学科。至今在国内外学术刊物上发表论文40余篇,选育枣树良种2个新品种1个。曾为《遗传》、《遗传学报》、《林业科学》、《生物工程学报》、《Tree Genetics & Genomes》、《PloS ONE》、《Genetic and Molecular Biology》、《Journal of Genetics and Genomic》、《Scientia Horticulturae》和《Acta Physiologiae Plantarum》等刊物审稿。现主持十二五科技支撑团队计划、自然科学基金项目和林业公益性行业专项等项目。。
