范俊峰,教授,博导

从事生物活性肽(燕麦、荞麦)和多糖(枸杞)的结构与健康功效、生物抗菌肽及农产品保鲜研究,在计算机模拟与分子营养方面也有深入研究。共主持包括国家自然科学基金项目、教育部、北京市级项目、宁夏回族自治区重点研发计划项目、京宁东西部合作项目20余项;在研项目为枯草芽孢杆菌环脂肽对果蔬(枸杞、葡萄)和调理肉制品的保鲜作用研究;累计发表学术论文80余篇,其中高水平SCI论文60余篇,涉及食品科学领域多个国际主流期刊,包括Trends in Food Science & Technology, Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Hydrocolloids, Food Chemistry等。授权发明专利6件。北京食品学会、美国营养学会(ASN)会员。
